How do you get over your painful past? How do you get over your trauma? You don't. Beforehand, I would say that I am no psychiatrist, licensed psychologist, or therapist. A specific event that will change someone into a new different person. A specific event that will haunt you, taunt you and even though it is in your past, it became your nightmare. A nightmare which you don't speak in public of. Just a keyword from that event will trigger your memory and freezes you like you were struck by lightning. At lightspeed, it burns you. Have you ever worry about things that does not even exist? Worry about those little things that people may think about you? You worried if friend will leave you..  You worried if they did not like your dress, your makeup..   You worried if they did not like you.. You worried that your new workplace will be a nightmare or dungeon .. You worried that your marriage  might turn you into a prisoner... What if you just let go? Let alone those things... You don't have to think about those things...Things that makes you feel miserable..                   You know, our minds are like spinning wheel on the road. If you keep worrying and thinking  negative thoughts, they won't  come off from your mind. It will always be there , spinning and taking control , dominating yourself. Speak up, Stand Up and Chin Up

                                               STAND UP, SPEAK UP AND CHIN UP Some of us might already born with introverted personality, but some of us were born with extroverted personality. Which one are you? And which one are better ? Neither nor. Both kind of personality have their pros and contras. This article is not about identifying which personality do you belong to but   to know that you need each other. First of all, if you are still focus, our topic is Stand Up, Speak Up and Chin Up. Some of you might have impression that this article are written for those with quiet, left out and introverted personality. But, you are wrong. Why would I say that? Because you can be chatty but still left out in conversation. You can raise your hand and speak your opinion but still feeling unsure of your own thoughts.
