You don't have to worry.

Have you ever worry about things that does not even exist? Worry about those little things that people may think about you?

You worried if friend will leave you.. 

You worried if they did not like your dress, your makeup..  

You worried if they did not like you..

You worried that your new workplace will be a nightmare or dungeon ..

You worried that your marriage  might turn you into a prisoner...

What if you just let go? Let alone those things... You don't have to think about those things...Things that makes you feel miserable..


                  You know, our minds are like spinning wheel on the road. If you keep worrying and thinking  negative thoughts, they won't  come off from your mind. It will always be there , spinning and taking control , dominating yourself. When this actually happened, you will unable to live the fullest, to actually enjoy yourself and your life. I'm not saying that you shouldn't worry about anything in your life, of course you should but for certain cases only. Of course you need to worry when you left your house unlocked, you left your kids in the car for too long or when you walking alone in the dark alley  by yourself.  But you don't have to worry what people think of you..especially when they are badmouthing about you...You don't have to worry if people might not like the way you talk, the way you dress, they way you think.. You do you.


               Things that we all have in common is worrying about unnecessary things. Just let go..Let go of the thoughts that keep taunting you. You might not realized  but this can change everything..Change your world. I used to be a pessimist for years. It hurts me a lot, all the time and a lot of repercussions came along. Then, one day, I decided to quit. To quit worrying about unnecessary things and actually see things in the other way. I am happier ever since. I realized that none of those things that I worried about benefited me instead it took away myself. It took my time , soul , emotions and definitely destructive. 


                 How to stop worrying? It is pretty simple and I'm convinced that all of you can do this. First,shut down those thoughts. Stop thinking about those negative things. Distract yourself by thinking something happy or funny. Second is you tell yourself that it's going to be fine. Tell yourself that everything will be alright. Self pep talk definitely something that you need at this crucial time. Go look into the mirror, smile and chant the positive words only , okay? Also you actually need to  believe it yourself or else this magic spell won't work. Last but not least, talk to someone. Someone that you can trust to , someone that you know can help you. Someone that an optimist , don't ask advice from  a pessimist because it might worsen the situation. You can also view the things that you worry about in different perspectives. Think about how to fix and improvise the problem that it may cause.
                

                 Life is short and only once. Don't let your thoughts block you from enjoy and do what you love in this world. It's time for you to shine and be happy. Be an optimist.Who care about what people say about us , right? Don't be distracted or discourage  just because you're afraid it won't work. Just go for it. Take every single shot  you could. Don't waste your time and feelings for something that  you know eventually will destroy yourself and your life. Be brave. Be strong. And..the most essential part is believe in what you do, because if you don't, then no one else will. Everything will be alright, I promise.
